  4. Our credibility is built over decades, and it takes only a minute to have it tarnished. We have a strong stand against the sale of counterfeit items. Moreover – Counterfeiting a trademark is a criminal offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $100,000, or to a jail term not exceeding 5 years, or to both. Offenders found guilty of selling counterfeit products are also liable for the same punishment, pursuant to section 49 of the Trade Marks Act (TMA).
Is the watch that I am buying from a local or overseas authorised dealer?
  1. A watch regardless being from a local or an overseas authorised dealer does not affect the brand’s international warranty.
  2. All Swiss watches are made in their respective headquarters in Switzerland, they are not assembled or manufactured in Singapore.
  3. All watches are then distributed worldwide for sale, logically Singapore cannot be the only country selling that particular brand of watch.
  4. Many brands have removed the authorised dealer stamp on their warranty cards as of today, thus making this concern even more irrelevant and insignificant.
  1. For brand new watches, the warranty will be covered by their respective agents.
  2. For pre-owned watches, our in-house warranty covers all mechanical aspects of a watch purchased from us.
  3. Any damage or deterioration due to mishandling or negligence will be exempted from our in-house warranty.

Installment payment at our store can only be via a DBS or POSB credit card. A tenure option of 6 or 12 months is available.
