We offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to your timepiece needs:
At Chuan Watch, we understand the value and sentiment attached to your timepieces. That’s why we strive to provide exceptional care and attention to detail in every servicing we undertake. Entrust your treasured watches to us, and let our expertise and passion breathe new life into your timepieces.
Complete Service and Restoration:
Our complete servicing involves a meticulous process where we strip your watch up to 100%, ensuring every component is thoroughly cleaned in our ultrasonic wash. The watch is then expertly oiled, and we calibrate its accuracy back to Swiss industry standards. To guarantee its reliability, we conduct a waterproofing test. Upon completion, your timepiece is covered by a 12-month warranty.
Battery Replacement and Quartz Circuit Change:
We offer on-the-spot battery replacements, ensuring your timepiece is ready for use within just 15 minutes. If the circuit has leaked or the watch still doesn’t function properly after a battery change, we may recommend a circuit change.
Timepiece Authentication:
Our experts provide authentication services for your timepieces. This service is conducted on the spot, and prices may vary depending on the brand and model. Please note that our authentication service is verbal only.
Polish of Watches:
We do not over polish a watch, we keep it minimal to remove surface scratches. If the dents are too severe we will do our best to smoothen it out however to a reasonable extent which does not compromise the watch’s curvatures.
We will do our best to ensure the edges will remain crisp and not rounded. After a polish is conducted, an ultrasonic wash is also mandatory to remove any residue that may be left behind from the polishing procedure.
